Spend a crisp Saturday morning learning how to turn a logs into lumber. In this class you will learn the logistics of cutting up logs on a Woodmizer LX50Start portable sawmill. Over the course of this 6 hour class we will cut, stack, sticker, and strap lumber for drying. This is a great class for anyone interested in getting into cutting their own lumber or if you have a mill and would like greater success in the quality of the lumber you produce. All the wood cut during this class will be used by students enrolled in Moose Lake industrial tech classes.

This class is hosted by Moose Lake Community Ed. Grant is a full-time employee of Moose Lake High school where he teaches Industrial Tech.
